You Should Focus On Progress, Not Perfection

Assuming you acquire one new word every day, it is progress, and while it may not be the degree of development you require, it is nothing to be concerned about.

People try to avoid the term "failure" at all costs. We don't want to say it, we don't want to hear it, and we want to do everything we can to avoid it. Failure, on the other hand, is a natural part of life and really fosters progress. Consider failures to be learning opportunities rather than defeats or losses. These experiences help you to learn from your mistakes. You will most likely have several learning opportunities along the way to reaching your objectives. Use your past experiences to assist you to overcome your current difficulties. It also occurs in several aspects of our lives.

For what reason would we be able to be satisfied with progress?

Focusing on progress rather than failure should relieve a lot of stress. When you realize that bumps in the road are a normal part of the journey, you will feel more comfortable pushing yourself to keep going and will not suffer negative consequences when things don't go as planned.

Concentrate on solutions rather than problems.

We want to be concerned about everything that is going on. Allowing anxiety to govern our minds exacerbates the problem and reduces productivity. Instead, shift your perspective to one of hope and the pursuit of a solution. It will undoubtedly require your whole effort since you will need to modify and continue to readjust your thinking. If you're not actively looking for a solution, you're unlikely to find one.

We've Come to Accept "In Progress" Because Perfection is a Lie. Because we always seem to need more.

Nobody wants to be unhappy. However, if you consistently let all of your problems to consume your head, this is precisely what you will become. By concentrating on development, you pay attention to each accomplishment and win. This allows you to commemorate even the tiniest of achievements. You'll get more optimistic as you appreciate the adventure more and are driven to keep going.

Consider the person you want to be on a regular basis. You must improve, become more cheerful, and continually arise with the motivation to work.

Also, you will not be satisfied until you become him/her - the best version of yourself. At the moment, you should feel happy. You should be satisfied with "underway."

Because you'll never be in the best form, you'll always be better than you were before.

The things on our daily agenda should always be about development, not completion. It refers back to the well-known frameworks vs aims dichotomy.

The idea is that instead of setting a lofty goal like "write a 1,000-word blog piece," we can set a framework like "write today for 1 hour, 30 minutes, or if all else fails, 15 minutes."

The goals are perfection. With the exception of the following, nothing is beyond them. Frameworks have progressed. Consistent composition. Taking care of everything one step at a time (if any).

Maintain a Positive Attitude

Negativity enters your head rapidly, disturbing your positivity and productivity. The more optimistic you are, the simpler it will be to battle negative thoughts that begin to enter your mind. Because positivity spreads, strive to surround yourself with happy individuals. Your and their attitude will enhance the mental health of everyone involved. Spend time doing activities that offer you delight and looking for methods to add inspiration to your day.

Don't allow fear influence your decisions.

Keep your mind from racing when confronted with a potentially terrifying circumstance. "What's the worst that might happen?" you should ask yourself. Often, the true worst-case situation isn't quite as horrible as the nightmare that a fear-fueled mind may conjure. Find at least one item that will help you relax. Consider taking a walk, exercising, keeping a journal, meditating, or phoning a friend. Experiment with several options until you find what works best for you. Finally, figure out what works best for you so that you can make sound judgments.

Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.
